Short answer
Togg did well in independent safety testing: in Euro NCAP's September 2025 results, both the T10X and the T10F received 5 stars. No recall record for Togg was found in the Ministry of Trade's unsafe products system or in the EU's Safety Gate system.
User complaints, on the other hand, centre on charging, the battery and service processes. Togg fixes some of these problems through over-the-air (OTA) software updates; its service network reached 58 fixed and 43 mobile points in mid-2026.

Software updates
- 1.4: a new interface, four driver profiles, facial recognition login and a climate control timer.
- 1.5: a driver assistance package made up of emergency braking, lane keeping, stop-and-go adaptive cruise control and a traffic jam assistant.
- 1.7.2: a faster infotainment system, Autocharge, fatigue detection, a 360-degree camera, and improvements to the braking and handling software. Installation requires the 12 V battery to be above 70%; it can take up to 3 hours.
- Togg rolls out updates over a few months in order of delivery; you can follow an update's status in the Trumore app and on the car's screen.

What do users complain about most?
There are no official complaint statistics. As an indicator, on 3 November 2026 Şikayetvar listed 4,974 complaints about Togg (1,882 for the T10X, 925 for the T10F); the main topics are charging problems, battery replacement and service times. The number of complaints should be weighed against the number of cars sold: Togg delivered about 39,000 cars in 2025. In addition, according to a footnote in Togg's T10X catalogue, the stop-and-go function, adaptive driver assistant, high beam assistant and rear cross-traffic collision warning are temporarily disabled on T10Xs built in April 2025 or later.

Warranty, servicing, insurance and battery replacement
- Warranty: the car 3 years or 100,000 km, the battery 8 years or 160,000 km (whichever comes first); paint 3 years, corrosion 12 years. Togg's website says nothing about a capacity threshold for the battery or about transferring the warranty to a second owner; ask about these in writing.
- Servicing: Togg's FAQ refers to the owner's manual for the service interval; Togg's official social media account had announced the interval as 2 years or 40,000 km. No official servicing price list is published.
- Insurance: Togg's own kasko (comprehensive car insurance) product is TruGuard; repairs are carried out at Togg service centres with original parts. Kasko is not mandatory, but a bank may require it for a financed purchase.
- Battery replacement: Togg does not publish an official battery replacement price; the estimates circulating online do not agree with each other. Since impacts to the underside of the battery may affect the warranty assessment, have the underbody protection shell checked regularly.
