Electric car sales figures 2026: monthly sales, best-selling models, Togg
According to ODMD (Automotive Distributors' and Mobility Association) data, 135,142 fully electric cars were sold in Türkiye in January–October 2026; a market share of 19.5%. In October the share rose to 22.3%. The best-selling electric model is the Togg T10X (26,079), followed by the T10F (18,108) and the KGM Torres EVX (12,159). Togg's share of the electric market reached 47% in October.

Short answer
According to the 3 November 2026 press release of the Automotive Distributors' and Mobility Association (ODMD), 135,142 fully electric cars were sold in January–October 2026; that is 19.5% of the car market. Including extended-range electric cars, the total is 135,979; this total is 8.3% lower than in the same period last year.
In 2025, 189,868 fully electric cars were sold (17.5%). Most of the 2026 decline comes from powerful models above 160 kW: sales in this group fell by 54%, while those at 160 kW and below rose by 6%.

ODMD does not publish a model table for electric cars; the ranking is the list compiled from ODMD data and published in the press on 3 November 2026. The share was calculated against the fully electric total of 135,142. Top five in October 2026: Togg T10X (4,059), Togg T10F (2,702), KGM Torres EVX (1,705), Hyundai IONIQ 3 (1,077) and Citroën ë-C3 (430).

Togg sales figures
Monthly sales are from ODMD's brand tables; Şarj Rehberim calculated the share against the fully electric total. Togg sold 39,020 units in 2025, 30,093 in 2024 and 19,583 in 2023. In October 2026, Togg was the third-largest brand in cars and light commercial vehicles across all powertrains, after Renault and Volkswagen.

Number of electric cars on the road
According to TurkStat (TÜİK) data, there were 486,359 electric cars on the road at the end of September 2026; that is about 2.7% of the 18.1-million car fleet and a 52% increase on a year earlier. Since the share of new sales is around 20%, the share of the fleet is rising quickly every year.
