Tesla price list November 2026: Model Y prices, ÖTV bracket and the Model 3 in Türkiye
In November 2026, Tesla sells only the Model Y in Türkiye: Rear-Wheel Drive 2,474,985 TL, Premium Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive 3,906,000 TL, Premium Long Range All-Wheel Drive 4,620,000 TL, Performance 4,966,500 TL. The Rear-Wheel Drive is in the 25% ÖTV bracket, the Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive in the 55% bracket and the other two in the 75% bracket. The Model 3, Model S, Model X and Cybertruck are not sold in Türkiye; the Model 3 starts at €36,990 in Germany.

Short answer
On 3 November 2026, the Model Y is the only model you can order on Tesla's Türkiye website. The prices are Tesla's estimated on-the-road prices; they include special consumption tax (ÖTV), VAT and the 5,000 TL plate, registration and transport fee. The estimated delivery is February–March 2027. As of October 2026 there is no campaign or discount.

Tesla Model Y prices and tax breakdown
The pre-tax price of the Rear-Wheel Drive includes the mandatory paint (36,200 TL). The ÖTV tax base is found by adding the 5,000 TL plate and registration fee to the pre-tax price; on the Rear-Wheel Drive the base is 1,649,990 TL, only 10 TL below the 1,650,000 TL limit of the 25% bracket. If you choose a more expensive paint or option, the car will most likely move into the 55% bracket.
ÖTV on electric cars: for motor power up to 160 kW, 25% for a tax base up to 1,650,000 TL and 55% above it; above 160 kW, 65% and 75%. The Long Range All-Wheel Drive and the Performance are in the highest bracket because they exceed 160 kW.

How did Tesla prices change in 2026?
The price of the cheapest version does not change because it sits at the 25% ÖTV limit; the price rises fall on the higher versions. The exact date of the second rise between August and November was not announced.

Why is there no Tesla Model 3 in Türkiye?
The Model 3 has never been officially sold in Türkiye; Tesla entered the Turkish market in April 2023 only with the Berlin-built Model Y. Tesla's Türkiye website has a Model 3 page, but you cannot order; there is only a "Get Updates" button. The same applies to the Model S, Model X and Cybertruck.
Tesla has not given a reason. The figures point to two obstacles: Model 3s for Europe are built in Shanghai, and an additional financial obligation applies to electric cars of Chinese origin; also, the cheapest Model 3 has more than 160 kW of motor power, so at least 65% ÖTV is payable.

Tesla sales in Türkiye
According to ODMD's estimate, Tesla sold 6,118 cars in Türkiye in January–October 2026; sales in October were only 25 units. ODMD notes that Tesla's figures are estimated from public statements. In 2026, sales of electric cars above 160 kW fell by about 54%.
