EV charging at fuel stations: Shell, Opet, Petrol Ofisi, Aytemiz
According to the records of EPDK (Energy Market Regulatory Authority), there are 260 charging stations with Shell in their name, 128 with Opet and 124 with Petrol Ofisi. The charger at a fuel station is often operated by another charging network: Trugo and Shell Recharge at Shell, WAT Mobilite at Opet, Eşarj at Aytemiz and Otojet at TotalEnergies. Short answer
Many of the large fuel brands in Türkiye have EV chargers; but the charger is often operated not by the fuel company but by the charging network it partners with. You start charging with that network's app and pay that network's price.
For example, most chargers at Shell stations belong to Trugo; Shell's own tariff page also states that at chargers operated by another company, the price may vary according to that company's tariff.
Which charging network is at which fuel station?
The figures below are Şarj Rehberim's count of records in EPDK's charging station register whose station name contains a fuel brand (October 2026). Stations whose name does not contain the brand are not counted, so the actual number may be higher.

|---|---|---|---|
| Shell | 260 | 694 | Trugo (182), Shell Recharge (69) |
