EV charging apps in Türkiye: which network, which app, EPDK Şarj@TR (2026)
At the end of 2025, Türkiye had 182 charging network operator licences, and most networks have their own app. To start a charging session, you usually need the app of the network that operates the station; some networks can start sessions on each other's stations via roaming. The Şarj@TR app of EPDK (Energy Market Regulatory Authority) shows all licensed stations, prices and availability.

Short answer
To start charging at a station, you usually need to sign up to the app of the network that operates it and register a credit card. Installing the apps of the large networks in the region you frequent (such as ZES, Trugo, Eşarj and Voltrun) in advance saves time on the road.
To see on a single screen which station is where, at what power and at what price, you can use EPDK's Şarj@TR app or independent maps that show all networks together.

EPDK's Şarj@TR app
Şarj@TR is the app of EPDK's open access platform. It shows all public stations of licensed operators by station and socket: socket power, current price, availability and reservation information, and payment methods. It can be filtered by company and socket type. However, it does not start charging; you still need the network's own app for that.

What must the apps offer under the regulation?
- Every public station must offer at least one payment method through which all users can buy charging.
- Since the March 2026 amendment, networks must provide instant charging via web or app to all users, whether or not they have a loyalty contract, and must show the availability and price of all sockets in real time.
- Prices must be announced simultaneously on the website, in digital channels and at the station; the public price may exceed the lowest price in a loyalty programme by at most 25%.
- From 1 July 2026, new stations installed on motorways must offer debit card or contactless payment on at least one DC unit of 50 kW or more; no extra fee may be charged.
- Roaming agreements between networks are now defined in the regulation and are notified to EPDK within 30 days of signing.
