BMW iX1, iX2, iX3 and i4 range: how far do electric BMWs go?
In BMW Türkiye's list of 3 November 2026, WLTP range is 460–516 km for the iX1, 477–516 km for the iX2, 678–805 km for the new iX3 and 510–613 km for the i4. The iX3 50 xDrive and i4 eDrive40 sold in Türkiye are Türkiye-specific versions limited to 160 kW because of ÖTV (special consumption tax). The battery warranty is 8 years or 160,000 km.

Short answer
Depending on the version and wheel size, the WLTP range of the most searched-for electric BMWs in Türkiye is 460–516 km for the iX1, 477–516 km for the iX2 and 510–613 km for the i4. The new-generation (Neue Klasse) iX3, with up to 805 km WLTP, is the longest-range SUV sold in Türkiye.
In real-world use, expect about 80% of WLTP in mixed driving and 60–65% on the motorway in winter. In NAF's 2026 summer test, the iX3 went 781 km on a single charge and came first among 24 cars.

BMW range in independent tests
No independent range test could be found for the iX1 eDrive20, iX2 eDrive20 and 160 kW i4 eDrive40 sold in Türkiye; single-motor, lower-powered versions generally consume less than the tested four-wheel-drive ones.

The times are the figures on BMW Türkiye's model pages. According to BMW, the new 800-volt iX3 adds 309–372 km of range with 10 minutes of DC charging; in ADAC's test, it charged from 10% to 80% in 25 minutes.

ÖTV bracket and warranty
- ÖTV: according to BMW's price list, the iX1, iX2, i4 eDrive40, i5 eDrive40 and iX3 are in the 55% bracket (power is 160 kW or less, but the pre-tax price exceeds the limit of the 25% bracket); versions of 290 kW and above are in the 75% bracket.
- Battery warranty: 8 years and/or 160,000 km on BMW i electric cars.
- Vehicle warranty: 3 years with unlimited mileage on cars invoiced after 1 January 2024; it can optionally be extended by 1 year.
